Our vision
Informed communities embracing sustainable behaviour to improve quality of life.
One message, one community,
one future at a time.
We believe informed communities can shape a healthier, more equitable and sustainable future.
Inspire is a Nigerian nonprofit and team of social and behaviour change (SBC) professionals. Through strategic communication, we work to shift social norms, encourage positive behaviours, and support communities in making informed choices.
Our approach brings together local knowledge, evidence and collaboration, with a network of consultants and a presence across Nigeria.
Discover our approach
Informed communities embracing sustainable behaviour to improve quality of life.
To catalyse positive social change through strategic, evidence-led communication and community participation.
Our Integrated Framework for Behavioural Change & Impact connects human-centred thinking with evidence, partnership and lasting local capacity.
Co-creating culturally appropriate, community-owned solutions.
Designing interventions around research, data and local insights.
Addressing change across individuals, families, communities and systems.
Aligning communities, institutions and stakeholders around shared action.
Building local skills and resilient systems for long-term sustainability.
Our work brings together individual behaviour, social change and collective action—guided by knowledge management and continuous learning.
From health and education to livelihoods and social norms, our work is connected by one ambition: people-centred, evidence-informed change.
We use community mobilisation, interpersonal communication, media and advocacy to support healthier choices in maternal and child health, adolescent health, HIV prevention, family planning, immunisation and nutrition.
We develop engaging radio dramas, short films, skits and digital storytelling that inform, influence and inspire action across different platforms and audiences.
Through dialogue, hygiene campaigns and school-based initiatives, we promote safe water, sanitation, handwashing and menstrual hygiene practices.
We work to challenge harmful gender norms, prevent gender-based violence and promote the inclusion of women, girls and vulnerable populations.
We support young people as change agents through civic engagement, peer education, leadership development and informed health choices.
Community-driven communication can support food security, climate-smart agriculture and income-generating practices, particularly for rural and marginalised populations.
We strengthen community structures through participation, governance, dialogue, accountability and locally owned action.
We generate behavioural insights, apply participatory research and test communications tools to help interventions adapt, improve and scale.
Our work spans people, sectors and communities. These are among the initiatives highlighted in Inspire's organisational brief.
Inspire draws on a diverse team of social and behaviour change professionals and a nationwide network of expertise.

We welcome individuals and organisations who share our commitment to better-informed communities and sustainable social impact.
